OUR SCHOOL ENTERPRISE PROGRAMMES

WHY DOES ENTERPRISE EDUCATION MATTER?

Employers, parents, schools and teachers all know children need to develop essential lifeskills like resilience, communication, problem solving, teamwork and confidence to achieve their potential.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Our modular education programmes cover all the key skills needed for young people to learn about enterprise, business and life.

  • The programmes include all the materials, content and support needed for teachers and also add the extra value of integrating business and community involvement, is threaded through the programme at key points.

  • All content is mapped to curriculum and has demonstrable links to the Ofsted framework. Ofsted are increasingly looking for schools to demonstrate early engagement with business and employers.

  • We are a Social Enterprise, your school can self fund delivery of the programmes, or work with a business sponsor. If you want to find out more please get in touch.

DEVELOPMENT MATTERS

Our programmes are teacher led and sustainable. We work with teachers to improve their knowledge and confidence in enterprise to support delivery or our team can deliver learning in classes or groups.

"None of us could have predicted how successful it has been. It is awesome!" - Zoe Wilson

"Young adults who recalled greater levels of contact with employers whilst at school were significantly less likely to be NEET and earned on average 18% more than peers who recalled no activities."

Dr Anthony Mann

BUSINESSES AND SCHOOLS WORKING TOGETHER

Our core programmes can be run by any school in any area. Because we connect businesses and schools together, we create meaningful enterprise programmes that benefit both the young people, the school and the businesses involved, making relationships that work for the future.

Small business just got smaller!

WHY INVOLVE BUSINESSES?

We encourage children to grow their independence, to help others by raising funds for their community, charities or schools, to develop their self-belief and contribute to the society they live in.
If you think your business wants to be part of this change, please get in touch.

We may have a school who is waiting for someone just like you to connect with.
